The Jesus Chronicle

What if our history is really just a series of choreographed corrections that have been created by an algorithm from the future?

Connecting seemingly random occurrences, The Jesus Chronicle tells the riveting story of a tech entrepreneur, named Paul, whose chance meeting of an enigmatic stranger at a farmer’s market leads him on a figurative journey through time from medieval London to present day Austin.

Along the way Paul finds himself the key to the algorithm’s decisive manipulation of finance, government, and religion making him unwittingly responsible for mankind’s ultimate survival.

This is not a faith-based novel, so don’t be fooled by its title.  It is a high-concept combination historical drama and modern fiction novel that challenges what we know about the construct of money, how we are governed, and the manipulation of our belief systems.  The Jesus Chronicle’s profound understanding of mankind’s successes and failures will disturb and have you begging for a sequel.

Knowing You
Knowing You

Self-perception is subjective and in David’s case it’s at the core of his deeply disassociated personality.  He has committed a lifetime to removing himself from the context of who he is and where he comes from, but the death of his father brings him closer to an avoided reality than he has ever been before.

Told through three narrative voices, in Knowing You we learn how David is perceived by his wife, his mother and of course him—we relive the tragedies of his childhood in small town Virginia, to his young adult years in 80’s London, and we join him in his attempt at a reconciliation of the realities of his perceived life and the possibilities of an elusive happy ending.

The Emeralds

The non-persons of post-revolutionary USSR formed a diaspora of deposed nobles, intellectuals, and capitalists who had to fight for a life outside of Russia, a life devoid of wealth and privilege, and the false security afforded to the former ruling class.  The Emeralds tells the story of one family’s generational disconnect from a past that has been hidden for decades—revealing secrets, lies, and the remnants of wealth that connect prerevolutionary Moscow to 1990’s Los Angeles and all the people and places in between.
